How grading works
Every listing carries one of three grades, defined here — not a dead link, and not left for you to guess.
Brand-new products, generally unused and in new condition. May include surplus retail stock, overstock, end-of-line stock and new merchandise.
Customer-returned merchandise that has been tested. Products may show signs of handling or use. Condition and completeness can vary.
Mixed customer returns, faulty products, damaged packaging, incomplete items and untested merchandise. Ideal for experienced resellers, repair businesses and parts recovery.
What grading doesn’t cover
Grading describes the stock’s general condition, not a guarantee every individual item works or matches a specific spec. For a pallet that is materially short of its published item count or estimated retail value, see our returns & shortfall policy.
